E.g. funky clothing shops that need friendly sales people, depend on socializing and networking in order to sell items and spread the word.
I believe, we all want to make money and work in an optimal environment doing so.
5) All stores to open and close on centre-specified trading hours
6) All overtime / casual payments to be approved by manager
7) Ensure all permanent staff to wear uniforms / badges
